ServiceNow is a SaaS company that focuses on the workflow automation platform. Their platforms enable enterprise organizations to improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks. I have helped ServiceNow to refresh its Global Integrated Campaign from 2021-2024.

Challenge: The robust system
The work also includes some new technology testing such as Google Web Designer and AI. The challenge of this is trying to find a system that works for such a big organization that involves different departments, countries, and languages. In the other works, it's more than design.
